I provide a free initial consultation (15 minutes), where you will have an opportunity to address any therapy questions you might have, and together we can determine if this is the right therapy relationship for you. What we do in each appointment is up to you, you are the driver, just think of me as your GPS.
I am currently accepting new in person and virtual clients and utilize a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. I provide counseling services for young adults, adults and parents seeking support. Both personally and professionally I have helped clients work through many issues including but not limited to: conflict, relationship challenges, separation and divorce, difficulties with transitions, parent-child dynamics, grief and loss, and everyday stresses and anxieties.

- I accept private pay. Payment is expected at the time of service.
-Payment methods include: Cash, Check, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
- I am happy to support clients interested in using out of networkinsurance benefits. Upon request, I will provide you with documentation for you to submit for reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to best understand your individual benefits.
